Regional Restrictions

At the moment, some application functions are not available due to regional restrictions. We never introduce regional restrictions deliberately. In most cases, regional restrictions are related to the requirements of local legislation, or imperfections of the application. Below you can find out the reasons for the existing restrictions.

Sending SMS to local numbers only

This setting allows you to restrict the sending of SMS only to mobile numbers in the same region in which the SIM card was purchased. This allows us to protect users from unexpected expenses in cases where the call comes from a foreign phone number.

Currently, this function is only available if the phone uses a SIM card from Russian telecom operators (MCC 250). You can influence the availability of this feature in your region. If you have information about a telephone numbering plan in your region, please contact us with the following information:

• indicate the country if the cost of sending SMS is the same for all states/regions of this country;
• indicate specific states/regions if the cost of sending SMS across the country may vary;
• indicate the range of mobile phone codes to which you can send SMS at the price of local tariff plans;
• indicate the neighboring countries and states/regions to which you can send SMS at the price of local tariff plans.
